These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of 3TS Trade Hub, including its website, trading tools, market information, signals, analytics, planning features and related services.
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using 3TS Trade Hub, you agree to these Terms.
1. About 3TS Trade Hub
3TS Trade Hub is a software and market-intelligence platform designed to provide traders with structured information, analytical tools, trading signals, market context, planning resources and performance insights.
2. Trading Risk
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all invested capital. Past performance, historical results, signals, probabilities, analytics and simulations do not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any information provided by 3TS Trade Hub and for deciding whether, when and how to enter or exit a trade.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when creating and using your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Accounts and subscriptions are intended for the individual subscriber and may not be shared, resold or transferred without authorization.
4. Subscription Plans
3TS Trade Hub currently offers subscription plans including 3TS Starter, 3TS Trade Hub Pro and 3TS Elite. Features, pricing and availability may vary or be updated over time.
Where a free trial is offered, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription at the end of the trial unless it is canceled before the trial ends.
Subscription billing is recurring according to the billing interval shown during checkout.
5. Payments and Billing
Payments, subscription billing, applicable taxes and payment processing are handled securely by FastSpring, our authorized commerce provider and Merchant of Record.
3TS Trade Hub does not directly receive or store your complete card or payment credentials.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the available subscription management tools. Unless otherwise stated during the cancellation process, cancellation prevents future renewals and access continues until the end of the applicable paid subscription period.
After the subscription entitlement ends, access to paid Trade Hub features may be suspended or removed.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the 3TS Trade Hub Refund Policy and any applicable consumer protection laws. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep 3TS Trade Hub available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability of any feature, integration, signal source or market-data service.
Features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Signals and Market Information
Signals, prices, confidence scores, technical levels, market sentiment, analytics and other information displayed within 3TS Trade Hub are informational tools only.
Market conditions can change rapidly. Information may become outdated, incomplete or inaccurate, and users should independently verify relevant information before making trading decisions.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- copy, resell or redistribute paid 3TS content without permission;
- attempt to bypass subscription or access controls;
- reverse engineer, attack or disrupt the platform;
- use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- misrepresent 3TS signals or data as guaranteed financial returns.
11. Intellectual Property
The 3TS name, platform design, software, proprietary analytics, written content, branding, signal presentation and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your access remains valid.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3TS Trade Hub is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, decisions based on platform information, market movements or losses caused by third-party platforms, brokers, exchanges or data providers.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the platform, subscription features or these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will apply prospectively and the latest version will remain available on this page.
